Is breakfast for you or your family a struggle on busy mornings when everyone is trying to get out the door? Same here! We were guilty of falling into the trap of grabbing cereal or a bar and running out the door.
The problem was, the kids would be starving by mid-morning because they had not had any protein. Not good! I’m going to tell you how this mini waffle maker changed our mornings for the better.
I discovered this cute, inexpensive mini waffle maker and decided to give it a try and here’s what happened.
We loved it! I could not believe what a time-saver it was.
Now I can whip up a scrambled egg waffle and have it ready in about two minutes and my kids love them. Also, I buy the round slices of breakfast ham and put it on the waffle maker to brown it.
Not only is it good for breakfast, but I also discovered I could make Hawaiian roll grilled sandwiches with it for the kid’s lunches. I spray the waffle maker with cooking spray, fill my Hawaiian roll with cheese, turkey, whatever, and press the lid down on the roll. The result is a mini panini-type sandwich that I put in my kid’s thermoses to stay warm.

It’s easy! Just spray the top and bottom of your mini waffle maker with cooking spray and let it heat up. Next, crack an egg in a bowl and scramble it. You can add salt, pepper, cheese, veggies, whatever you like.
Pour the egg mixture into the mini waffle maker and close the lid. The egg waffle is ready in 1 to 2 minutes!
