When will my order ship?
Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to process. Once your order has shipped, we will send you your tracking number via the customer email address you provide. Please allow additional time for custom pillow orders. Those take 2 to 3 weeks to prepare.

We use UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
How much is shipping for my order?
Enjoy free shipping for orders over $75.
Free shipping applies to the contiguous U.S. only (excludes Alaska and Hawaii).
We offer a flat-rate shipping of $5 on all orders under $75.
Do you provide local delivery?
Local delivery is FREE with a Boerne, TX address for orders of $25 or more. Select Local as your shipping method, and email us with your address for delivery. We will alert you as soon as your order is delivered on your porch.
We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused from incorrect addresses, so please make sure yours is correct at checkout. All items returned to us due to delivery failure will be processed like a return: A store credit will be issued in the amount of your purchase (minus the cost of shipping) and we will restock your items. You may then choose to repurchase your items, but we do not guarantee availability and new shipping charges will apply.
We are not responsible for packages that are tampered with, lost, or stolen.
Some items that are stated available may suddenly become unavailable due to manufacturers stock. Seller holds the right to cancel any order between the time of purchase, and the time of shipping. A full refund will be issued if an order is placed but cannot be fulfilled.
If Your Package Is Lost:
Please allow 1–4 days for the tracking information to show. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery after that time, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. If your package still has not arrived after 15 days, you may file a claim with USPS here or call 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). Press 6 and then 4 for Customer Service.
NOTE: We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees.

In an effort to keep our prices as low and competitive as possible, we do not offer exchanges or refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will provide store credit, minus our original shipping and handling costs.
You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns or losses incurred in return shipping. Please remember to insure and utilize delivery confirmation with your return package.
Include your contact information and original packing slip when returning items. If you no longer have your packing slip, please include a note with the following information:
Name, E-Mail, Order Number, Item(s) Description and Reason for Return. If you do not include one of these with your return, it will delay processing.
If You Received A Damaged Item:
We are diligent in wrapping each order with care, so that it reaches you safely. However, if you suspect an item has arrived to you in damaged condition, please email a clear image of the product in question to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of delivery receipt. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
